I’ve had countless massages and she is the BEST. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Her techniques release a lot of tension/tightness and help tremendously with pain and stiffness. Highly recommend!

Betsy was the best! Honestly I've had alot of massages and was visiting new orleans on a fema deployment and was sore. She relieved all that soreness. Helped with my back pain and then I just kept going back for the relaxation of it all. She was absolutely amazing!!! I would refer anyone to balance therapy nola!!! More than worth it
