First time visiting and I had such a great experience! I was flying from California to New Orleans for work and had booked my appointment a week in advance. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed by over 24 hours and I had to cancel last minute.

I called and spoke with Brittany, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She went above and beyond to help me reschedule and got me in with another stylist as soon as I landed.

I truly appreciate you ladies! You’ve gained a customer for life. Anytime I’m back in NOLA, I know exactly who to call for my hair! I highly recommend and I’ll return 🙌🏾😊
