Dr. Trahan is great. However, the staff is unfriendly, bordering on rude. If not for Dr. Trahan, I wouldn't return.

Out of all the locations JULIE WAS THE ABSOLUTE HANDS DOWN THE BEST to treat me with with respect, very knowledgeable at that. Clearly these one star reviews are false claims. Tell them Andiee sent you. Hands down the best location!

The general manager Julie is very rude! She stated to me that my box of contacts should’ve lasted me 7 months but that wasn’t her business nor place to tell me that all because I asked for a trail pair! She also asked me “don’t you have eye glasses?” Yes I do but once again not her place nor business! She basically tried to belittle my request you shouldn’t treat customers that way. If the answer is no then it’s no but all the extra talking to me like she’s my mom is a no go! I contacted corporate and now I’m doing this review so that my experience is known!

The wonder staff made me feel at home. They offered me coffee when it wasn’t even an option! They open and help my granny and my cousin with a walk in appointment. Andrea and Alaina were the best.

These people were the best, especially Julie! My wife will do a review also, but they were able to get her some contact at the drop of a dime ! She forgot her contacts at home, in a different state. We definitely wanted to give them their flowers.
