The healthcare professionals were professional as expected. The female security guard sits in the waiting area and watches YouTube videos and speaks to friends and family without earbuds. It very unprofessional and needs to be addressed.
I honestly must say that I have never had a team of professionals be so good to me...Leanne Demonredon,Dr.chandler, Adam Rivas,and my nurse Edwa,you are all amazing and caring.I honestly have never had an experience like this ever.I am so grateful, thank you for everything you do for me.Yall truly amaze me
Care was fine, but that I went for follow-up was extremely unnecessary, as I was made to believe I would receive a treatment that the provider then recommended against once I got there.
