Good Hope Veterinary Hospital: Dr. Joey Bynog

I lean to 3 1/2 to 4 stars. The care my personal pet recieves is good. On the down side, the infrastructure, physical and support cate, could use help. Waiting time is often long (30 mins to 1 hr.+) for many services, including refilling Rxs (even after calling in request ahead). It's my opinion that GH would benefit from more parking, vet techs, and in-room examination equipment (instead of removing our pets from the exam room while the exam is performed). IMO, That would be less stressful for pets and their person(s).

If you are looking for a vet in the Natchitoches area, I thoroughly recommend Good Hope! They have the most compassionate staff who truly care about our furry companions. It is a huge blessing to find a vet who will love them like you do, someone you can trust. I have never had a negative experience at Good Hope; they always treat our Sirius Black with pure kindness. Pet parents can have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is in great hands here!

My first interaction was when I called to see if I could bring our Dalmatian/mastiff named Ladybug in. We have never been a client before. From the 1st phone call till I left they were all so caring and compassionate. We had our Ladybug for almost 12 years. She had cancer and needed to be sent to doggy Heaven. I have had experience with other vets and those at Good Hope are truly the best.
