I am very pleased with the care provided by Dr. Pesnell and his staff. They were very professional, on time, caring, and effective at taking care of Boudreaux, my mother’s DachsHund. She was unable to use her back legs. Dr. Pesnell diagnosed her problem immediately. She was walking again within 3 days. I could not ask for better or more caring treatment. Thank you so much for taking care of Boudreaux and us.

I have used Dr. Pesnell since he bought the business from Dr. Wurster. He has taken good care of all our critters. From routine care to surgeries, there have been no problems. He can be blunt, but certainly not unprofessional. There have never been any issues there. I'm not sure what others are complaining about with one star reviews, but I'm sure if they called Dr. Doug, he would be glad to address any issues. Unfortunately, animals die during "routine" surgeries as do humans and it's always difficult to accept. The facility is very old but it is clean. Also, pet care can be expensive. Called to make appts for my goldens.. very nice answered all my questions and pricing.. super nice clinic.. my oldest golden has an allergic skin condition so we’re gonna see what dr says and get her treated..
