They did exceedingly well. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the 2 hr duration. They welcomed me with complimentary drinks and/or food. I was gifted a gift card voucher from a friend and used it on the Scalp Refresh head spa and added on the Classic Glow facial. The transition between the head spa and facial was amazing. The head spa and facial felt like a surreal experience (straight out of an ASMR video?)!! The online process of rescheduling and booking was also fairly easy. “I recently came back to Zen Nails & Spa after moving back to the area, and I’m so glad I did! I used to come here about four years ago when it was Country Club Nail. Even with the new owner and new name, it’s just as wonderful as I remember.

I got a full set done by Kim and a pedicure and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive to detail. They made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. I also didn’t have to wait at all, which is always a huge plus!

They have a great selection of colors for gel, dip powder, and regular polish, so there’s something for everyone. The salon is clean, welcoming, and I’m so happy they’re still in the same location.
