First time getting cut/style at ONA. I had left a voice mail message & sent an appointment request on their website. The owner called me back on Tuesday & acknowledged receiving both messages - great customer service. I was able to get scheduled for Thursday afternoon, as needed, with Gracie. I walked in & was greeted by Gracie's friendly smile - no waiting. Got my layers trimmed & reshaped. She has a great eye & listened to my concerns. I left very, very happy. After 2 years searching for a local salon, I have finally found my "place!" I recommend Gracie but, you can't go wrong at ONA Salon, as the other stylist there were doing great work too.

*UPDATE* Cierra the one who did my hair in this picture no longer works there so if you want her you can find her at Revive Salon Studios!They were awesome I LOVED what they did with my hair it looks amazing and I love it!! Super friendly and helpful!!
