I can never get them to answer the phone. I had to go to sun tan city to talk with someone. I asked about tanning options and they kept pushing for membership. I don't want a membership.

For the first time in years the customer service was great and didn’t take up a hour trying to sell every tanning product in the display. basically for the first time ever I wasn’t pressured into buying something I would never use but this I had no wait time fir both bed and spray Visit was stress free and my double dip still looks good six days later.

I was just there to buy some tanning goggles and was told they were 11.09. Seemed very high, but I took them anyway. Moments later I saw my bank statement which deducted 13.31 from Sun Tan City. Even if it's JUST $2.22, why do these places need to be so dishonest by ripping off their very own clients? I can't support (another) dishonest business like this in the future. (Updated ) The issues has been resolved. Thank-you for doing right in correcting this.
