“I had a great experience at Key West Tan! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I actually came in about 30 minutes before closing, but the employee last night and tonight never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience in any way. I can’t remember her name but she had glasses and curly hair. She was extremely informative and was very honest about the services and products that would work best for me. I really appreciated her genuine willingness to help. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service, especially so close to closing time. “New to this place. The beds range from absolutely no frills to all the bells and whistles. All beds are clean and work well regardless of the "level". Currently, the spray tan machines are down, but when they are working, they do a nice job. The place is always clean, well lit, and quiet. Sometimes, the pretty blond attendant that is mostly there is super friendly and energetic, then others she seems hung over and almost bothered to be there. The dark-haired girls are always energetic, friendly, and helpful. They didn't get bent out of shape when I came in 10 mins before closing. The parking lot is small and at peek times can be a bit crowded. This isn't a problem unless several people are leaving at the same time and someone in front wants to turn left out of the parking lot (just turn right people and make the block). Overall, for the end of the year special, I would go here again. I'm not sure I would do a regular membership because they tend to be pricy, but they do run a lot of good specials and deals. Be careful, though, and read the fine print on all the pages. Most deals are for that day and can't be "banked" for later use.“
