“Unbelievably great job. I had two older units which were going out. I first called Nash to tell them it was not cooling. They came out and told me I had a leak in the coils and it was time to have that unit replaced. The other was still working, but also on the 17 year old blink. So they put some refrigerant in it and did a quick fix which they told me would only last for a couple weeks while they ordered the new units. When Nash arrived at the scene, they sent 10 employees to do the job quickly on an August day. They had both units inside and out removed the first day. They had one unit working the first day and came back the next day early to finish the other. It was a very impressive sight to see with all these people working together. It's only been a month, but the units are working great. They were very responsive and friendly. I don't write very many Google reviews, but this one was definitely worth a mention. “The techs from this company came and fixed our broken water heater quickly as they can. They were referred by Rob (LCR NOLA- L & A Rd. Metairie, LA). Since they came and fix it, there was no problem with the water heater. But I HIGHLY recommended a suggestion, which is to have all service (scheduling, paying bills/invoice, etc.) to be done online. “I called Earl’s Plumbing for the first time when I needed to install gas in our house to install a new stove. Plumbers were at my house within just a few hours and gave a thorough review of my situation and a fair quote. My dog even stayed near the door so she could get pets from them.

What happened next was the most impressive. This was a complicated process, involving installations of gas under my house, working with a local utility for the meter, unpredictable city permits, and finally a stove delivery so they could hook it up. They did absolutely everything they said they would, when they said they would, and they didn’t charge me a dime over what they had initially quoted me. They even went over and above, removing old piping that was no longer in use in order to make the city approval faster. They also managed to get the city—the most unpredictable part of the process—done with several days to spare. And yes, the dog stayed by the door for them every time they arrived because they were kind. They even fixed a piping issue with my dryer for no cost and hauled off my old stove for me.

In sum, I expected a quality job, but I did NOT expect them to respond so quickly, liaise so smoothly with the city and utility company, or that they would go above and beyond to set me up for the future. I would use these guys anytime; they earned my trust.“
