customer service is great Love the service that they give when I can't find a item Karen will find it for me Don, Sue is also very helpful, always get my order when expected really good company to do business with!!

I brought my Brother printer in for repairs. Don, the Service Manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. As it turned out is was just a minor tweak and Don updated my software-no charge. Would highly recommend. WT
