BUYER BEWARE!! I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I was working in Louisiana assisting with the hurricane effort when my Dell broke. I was in a bad way and had to have a new computer ASAP. This company “saw me coming” apparently. They seemed professional at first, boy was I wrong. Here are just a few issues I have tried to get resolution/answers on: I have had nothing but issues with this “top of the line” Lenovo since I started using it just a couple weeks ago. I tried to get warranty repair through Lenovo but they stated their standard warranty I had available did not include onsite repairs. I was expected to send it in and have it gone for 5-7 business days. Based on that, I paid for the upgraded Premier warranty. Come to find out that was supposed to be included in my purchase price. I have over $1900 into a machine who’s hard drive crashed within a couple of weeks of me starting to use it. Here are my emailed answers to the ludicrous offer for refund: So based on your offer of the $ 1,330.00, Based on your offer I should have my tech open and remove the 1TB hard drive since you are not allowing a refund on that item or are you expecting to have me pay for that but not keep it? On the 23rd you claimed you were still waiting for the warranty paperwork from the vendor. This was a fabrication. You didn't order my premier warranty until the 27th!! No wonder when I called into Lenovo, they only showed the standard warranty. You called them after I had, 5 days later in fact! Finally, I know you said you don't do repairs, but the data transfer was supposed to be included. You did not transfer the most critical data, and I had to pay my guy back here to do so. I wasn't going to raise a stink about it but now I'm over this. This is absolutely ludicrous. I cannot believe how unprofessionally I am being treated. The owner of the company has now reneged on his offer to take the computer back.
