After a previous disappointment with a different contractor, I was cautious but found the technician thorough as he spent over an hour cleaning and checking our A/C unit, explaining that a clogged filter was likely reducing efficiency. No unnecessary upselling, just clear communication and practical advice on improving the system's performance going forward.
The initial quote was transparent, with the final bill aligning exactly as discussed after they completed the standard maintenance check in under an hour. The technician replaced a worn capacitor and cleaned the filters, which seems to have resolved the minor cooling issues we experienced last month.
Initially worried about the availability of parts for our older system, I was relieved when they located and replaced a broken vent within two hours. However, they did leave behind some dust in the hallway, which required a bit of clean-up on my part.
