I Signed up this week as a new client- firstly, the new client incentive $25 for 21 days is brilliant. It gives you ample time to see which classes appease to your needs and to iron out how to practice in your day in and day out busyness. The two instructors I’ve met thus far (Elizabeth and Katie) were both extremely welcoming and knowledgable. The atmosphere was phenomenal- the Zen that is created makes for the experience. I especially like to end my practice with aroma scented hot towel

Wonderful atmosphere with amazing instructors.They really cater to all levels. I felt right at home my very first visit. This place is slowly but surely becoming my temple. Do yourself a favor and check out a class.

A great all-around yoga studio with great instructors, great members, a great vibe and great for beginners. The most NON-INTIMIDATING environment I have ever witnessed. Stop scrolling and just try it out!
