I went to my first class today …5/19/24…and it was challenging, which I love! Kara isVERY knowledgeable, helpful throughout the class & welcoming to all levels.I will be back to help with my balancing on 1 foot… that’s what I need to practice mostly. Mary Teri

A really great environment in which to learn and grow. I'm new to yoga and not in great physical shape. Everyone has been very inviting. I've never felt out of place. There is a great variety of classes. I recommend trying them all. I was worried about hot yoga at first, but I actually enjoy the heat and humidity now.

As a yoga studio owner and practitioner for nearly 2 decades I'm pretty picky about my yoga. Love More Hot Yoga fits me on every level: challenging classes, friendly and knowledgeable instructors and great teacher trainings. Do yourself a favor and practice here as much as you can.
