I told her my goal was to go to work the next day and not suffer in pain. She addressed the seriously spastic areas on my back, neck, and shoulders with cupping. I felt immediate relief. I had never had cupping before, and I was surprised with the instant results it provided. The room was decorated for Halloween, but in a cozy way. The vibe was definitely relaxing. This morning, I woke up feeling 10 years younger. I was not in pain like I have woken up with for the past 7 years. I was able to remember what my upper back and shoulders felt like before MS took over. To top it off, Lauren is a good soul. You can see it and feel it upon meeting her.
