So, why did we decide Brown's AC? Two factors: one was a person who does inspections on contractors. Their input critical. Second point was based on airflow. The previous unit was only drawing 1100 of the 1600 airflow test. One contracter said no biggie...Josh said "yeah, that's a pretty big deal when you're only pushing or pulling 2/3rds volume." So, Josh and crew were selected. His professionalism helped seal the deal. We added some small ideas that Josh accommodated in the installation process. His guys worked quickly and efficiently. I'm don't remember the name of the gentleman I spoke with but remember it was Memorial Day and when most people are enjoyn and much needed day off or at least getting off early. He was quick to answer the phone and very professional and let us know if we needed him that it was not a problem ..even tho we wound up not needing him that day, just the way he handled himself was worthy of 5 stars in my opinion folks...so call them up, ??
