“So, why did we decide Brown's AC? Two factors: one was a person who does inspections on contractors. Their input critical. Second point was based on airflow. The previous unit was only drawing 1100 of the 1600 airflow test. One contracter said no biggie...Josh said "yeah, that's a pretty big deal when you're only pushing or pulling 2/3rds volume." So, Josh and crew were selected. His professionalism helped seal the deal. We added some small ideas that Josh accommodated in the installation process. His guys worked quickly and efficiently. It was clear they each had a role and worked as a TEAM. Our old unit lasted 16 years and was probably near it's demise. We selected Carrier as the unit to be installed. He had an array of different carriers to offer as well. PS: Gary needs at least...a 25.00hr pay raise!....Great job guysAdam and CarolDeridder, La“
