They did exceedingly well. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the 2 hr duration. They welcomed me with complimentary drinks and/or food. I was gifted a gift card voucher from a friend and used it on the Scalp Refresh head spa and added on the Classic Glow facial. The transition between the head spa and facial was amazing. The head spa and facial felt like a surreal experience (straight out of an ASMR video?)!! The online process of rescheduling and booking was also fairly easy.
