Based on the reviews, Pipes & Plugs LLC is described as an awesome and very professional company. The technicians are professional, neatly dressed, and introduce themselves before starting. They are very informative and forthcoming with information, explaining the diagnostic approach and possible costs. The prices are very good for the job done. The company has been a great help since 2015, including during a flood in 2016. Response time is second to none. Customers appreciate having honest, knowledgeable, and qualified technicians who quickly find the problem and resolve the issue.
Stephen and Trey from Pipes & Plugs LLC were knowledgeable and expedient! They diagnosed the issue with my spigot instantly and repaired the problem before I knew it. Before they left, I asked them for another service and not only did they provide, they were amenable to go get the correct item, and come back to install while I ran a quick errand. Would recommend Stephen and/or Trey for sure. 10/10, thanks guys.

Pipes&plugs are awesome. I cannot say one bad thing about them.
I have been using them since 2015. They were a great help when l got flooded in 2016.
