Based on the reviews, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Acadiana provides wonderful, fast, and dependable service. The technicians go right to work and are very professional. They are punctual, helpful, and give advice on future improvements. The job is completed to a high standard and finished quickly without disrupting the home. Everything is left clean when they finish. Customers describe the team as fantastic and highly recommend them.
Called to get an estimate on replacing 3 faucets in kitchen and bathroom. When shown the kitchen faucet and the buildup, he asked if we wanted the water tested. The chlorine and calcium levels were high and it was suggested that we look into a filter system. He took pictures of the faucet and said that another plumber and him would need to come back to inspect. He apologized for the inconvenience, but that he was a drainage specialist. Even told my wife about the use of white vinegar in the drains and to put on faucet heads.
Absolutely wonderful. JD and Luke have gone above and beyond on every job. They're punctual, helpful, give advice, and genuinely are here to help. Couldn't recommend enough.
