I made the claim the day before a national holiday so saying it was terrible timing is an understatement. When others told me they couldn’t get to me until at least Monday Montz made it happen. Honestly when I heard it was Montz coming I wasn’t surprised that they were getting to me quickly. They’ve also responded to my parents’ warranty claims more than once let alone other claims of my own. We don’t have much control over who responds to the claims but we know we’re in excellent hands when we see Montz Company is the contractor. It’s always above and beyond.“
