First time trying another groomer after 14 years and I’m very pleased with the job they did. I was worried about her skin allergies flaring up and they listened to my concerns and made adjustments to her grooming.
Great experience with drop off and pick up. Pup also seemed to have a good time, so no complaints! Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because we were asked if we wanted to participate in the Halloween pictures for $10. Sure why not! Paid the $10 during pic up but the photos we were given is not our dog. It’s another chocolate lab, but def not our pup. A bit disappointed especially given we paid extra for it.
The staff and groomer were wonderful to Anna.we brought in a matted mess and they returned to us a beautifully groomed loving pet. Anna has been walking around with her head held high and shaking her well groomed tail. The groomer did ooof the best cuts I’ve ever seen.
