I had a problem which I thought was powder post Beatles. Which would mean I would have to have the house fumigated. They came out and determined it was something else and wouldn't need to be fumigated. He explained what needed to be done and that I could do it myself.They didn't charge me anything and probably spent an hour between the inspection and explaining it to me.
