“We’ve been using X-Ray Cleaners for a few years. We’ve had bedding and clothes dry-cleaned, and shirts laundered and starched. Recently they lost one of my husband’s shirts. The owner went to the same men’s clothing store where it was originally purchased and bought two different colored shirts to give my husband a choice. (He returned the other one.) This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were deeply appreciative because he was so professional and responsive.
