Mr. Joe exceeded my expectations. I dreaded looking for a vehicle after finding out mine got totaled but he made process not only seem-less but enjoyable without acting like a telemarketer. I would recommend him and his team AJ if you’re ever looking into purchasing a new vehicle.
Just moved to the area and have worked for many dealerships in parts. From the time I called to see if they had the part I needed to the service it was fantastic. Being I work for a Chevy dealership I still have to bring my jeeps somewhere and Lakeshore was amazing. Giovanni in service took care of me from the beginning and quick turn around after dropping our Jeep off. Will definitely recommend and use them for both our Jeep needs.
