Just wanted to Say how great my experience was at Lakeshore of Kenner……. My salesman Chad was great and such an easy going salesman ….. finance manager Aj was absolutely a blast to work with and extremely personable……. The Manager waited patiently for us to finish the sale….. fixed a few issues ….. and there was absolutely no question he wanted to make sure everything was right…we were offered water and drinks like 3 times ….. the bathrooms were so clean!!!! They operate more like a family then a dealership and I’m super grateful!!!
The sales team was great, they bent over backwards to make the sale happen. Had to go back the next day to get some belongings I left in my old truck and had a traction control issue pop up. The service manager took me right in and had me fixed and on my way in no time.
