Brett was super helpful in getting both of my BMWs in promptly for repairs, even with them being pretty backed up. They also went out of their way to provide me transportation to the nearby airport after dropping my cars off. The repair work was of great quality. Brittany at the front desk was also helpful. I only trust Jay's with my BMW bodywork!

I truly appreciate the opportunity to write this review. I brought my 2021 228i xdrive BMW to Jay's and I most say not only was the service Exceptional & speedy during such a Chaotic time where a lot of accidents are occurring and other auto shops are completely booked up this auto shop is also super busy but still prides themselves on service, time management, Great customer service, loyalty and constantly touches base with the customer. They are on top of all things including touching bases with your insurance company. I will forever be a customer of Jay's. I felt welcomed, they were super nice & friendly and most of all I trust them. ❤️ Thanks Guys Mrs.Reaux
