I had the best first experience here at Nancy’s. They took my appointment last minute after another salon cancelled on me. Everyone there was so personable and Christy, my hairstylist, was so amazing! She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I got a haircut, curtain bangs and a blow out, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it! I showed her inspo pics on pinterest, and she would check in with me on every step! I will definitely be coming back next time I need to get my hair done!
Super friendly and fun stuff. Hairdresser listened to my wants, needs, and offered different styles for my super baby fine hair. I went in my the salon looking like Medusa and left looking like a million bucks. The only down side I didn’t care for was the choice of music while getting serviced. While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with Christian/gospel music, I felt bad for the staff having to listen to that day in and day out everyday all day. I like a variety of songs myself and I felt like I needed to receive the Eucharist before I left.
I went to visit my mother in New Orleans and wanted to treat her by having her hair done. Even though I didn’t make an appointment, the staff at Nancy’s hair salon was soooo kind and squeezed her in.
This is a professional and serious place.
My mom is a non-English speaker, however, that didn’t stop her to love each one of them just of how kind and good they all were with her.
I am beyond grateful! The owner of the place gave me a word that until this day, I treasure in my heart.
