Eagle responded within 3 hours of my call for help. Our sewer line was completely stopped. The first tech tried but could not open the line. A crew the next morning dug up the old line (including chopping through many large tree roots from a tree previously removed) and found the sewer pipe had broken at an elbow allowing dirt to completely plug it up. The old pipe was replaced and the repair made much faster than I thought. Excellent work. My only complaint is the new clean-out they installed sticks out too far above grade.
Technician came out quickly. We had a drain where water was backing up and the technician ran several snakes through the drain and couldn't unstop it. Another Company came out and went through the attic and unstopped it .
Nelson was very polite and professional. The cost of the job to clear a drain was just too expensive for my budget. Nelson offered me some solutions but I was not able to do it. I have used this service before and have been very happy with them but this time I could not agree or afford the price for a drain clean.
