Very nice staff. Very helpful and walked me through setting up my block ice machine. A lady even called to make sure my opening went well and my machine was working as expected. I wish more people in customer service were as nice and helpful as the staff here.
Amanda made my sno block machine purchase flawless. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I even called her cell on a Saturday right before our opening and she calmed me down and walked me through what I needed to know. I highly recommend buying from them
Placed my order, and they were very helpful. Held my equipment for me for awhile, with no trouble. Only complaint was they misquoted the credit card charge. I would've paid cash, had I known it was higher than quoted.
