One of my best experiences, I got a call, when it was my turn in the chair. When I got there I was next, no wait at all.My wife likes the hair cut, so I’m good. I usually just cut it bald. They kept the space clean between cuts, which was a plus.

I needed to replace two 17-year-old hot water heaters in a rental property. My long-time plumber gave me an outrageous price, so I put a post on Reddit. Several people recommended Acadian Plumbing, then I got a message directly from Eric, the owner. I called and Eric came over the next day. He gave me a much better price and some good suggestions on moving the upstairs water heater to a more accessible place.
I accepted the bid, and they came right out to complete the work. Eric was detailed, honest and sincere. He got the work done efficiently, and for a reasonable price. The suggestions he gave me to help keep the cost down was very much appreciated and one of the reasons I'm recommending Acadian Plumbing.
Tina, the receptionist is also sweet and pretty funny too.

Michel’s Plumbing is the only plumbing company I ever want to use!! I am a real estate broker and have plumbing issues and questions constantly. Holly is my go-to guru in all things plumbing. Michel’s will save you money, time, and worry. When Michel’s completes a job and then leaves the site, — it will look like no one was ever there… even for huge jobs. I have 200% no regrets ever!! And I have been working with Holly/Michel’s probably 6 times a year for many years. This company is the most trustworthy/honest, accurate yet cautious, prompt, skilled, and clean. I hope Michel’s is around for a long long time. They set the high bar. The photos that are included are from today (01/21/26) that they started this morning and finished by 2:00 pm. They tunneled 33 feet, by hand, mind you, and replaced a rusted cast iron sewer line. I have many tenants there. I braced them for days without water. It may have been 6 hours. And this is just one of my projects in which Michel’s was a hero. Hats off to Holly Duncan: ** Woman, thank you, and y’all never disappoint!

I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. I called their office at 10:00AM and they were out by 11:30AM fixing my busted pipe from the snow that happened a few weeks ago. Communication was top notch and the service and personality is even better. Chris had me fixed with a new valve and pipe replacement in no time. He even had to go get more parts and did not blink or try to say he would be back tomorrow or another day like most companies would do. It is nice to see another company really give their all to their customers.

I'm making this after my second session and after booking for a third session. My upper neck and shoulders were super smooshed and very tense. My pain level was very high and I was not able to sleep. I had very little motion in my neck. After 2 sessions my pain level has greately decreased, the ranged of motion in my neck has greatly increased and I've gotten comments that I'm standing taller now :) I'm also sleeping so much better.My fiance also comes here to get adjusted to help decrease his headaches and to help functionality with his walking ^^

They handled our international health certificate for our dog, Chester, and our cat, Muscade, and made what is usually a very stressful process feel completely manageable. Summer Stein was our main point of contact, and she is truly an expert when it comes to international travel paperwork. Dr. Fraser completed the health screening, and the entire process was seamless.
One huge bonus that not many people realize: if you’re traveling with two pets, they can be listed on one health certificate. That alone saved us time, money, and unnecessary stress.
Before finding Chateau, I had reached out to several clinics and felt overwhelmed and unsure. The moment Summer answered my call, I felt confident we were in the right hands—and I was right. We arrived in France with zero issues.
One very important tip for anyone traveling internationally with pets: yes, the health certificate must be validated within 10 days of travel, but your vet appointment should be scheduled at least one month before your departure. This allows enough time for the USDA to process, endorse, and mail everything back to you. Summer guided us through this timing perfectly.
I also really appreciated that they had us test anti-anxiety medication before travel to ensure the correct dosage. Best advice ever. It made a world of difference knowing exactly what Chester needed—and to be clear, these are not tranquilizers, which are forbidden for international travel. We even had to recheck Chester in Paris for our connecting flight to Nice. He refused additional medication at that point but still did very well. There were no issues—no barking, no complaints from airline staff, and he remained calm throughout the entire process. He was understandably nervous by the time we picked him up in Nice, but he was completely okay. I was nervous about giving him medication in the first place, but testing it ahead of time and following their guidance truly paid off.
Another thing worth mentioning: Chester is an anxious dog when it comes to vet visits. He’s sweet—not aggressive—just scared. The team handled his exam and vaccinations with patience, calm, and confidence. They clearly know how to work thoughtfully with nervous animals, and that meant a lot to us.
I also really appreciated that they offer happy visits, where you can stop in without an appointment just to help your pet feel comfortable with the vet and environment—no exam, no stress, just positive exposure.
Beyond all of that, this is simply an outstanding veterinary office. Everyone is incredibly kind, organized, professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable—what more could you ask for? It’s clearly a locally owned practice, not a corporate chain, and that shows in every interaction. I had a terrible experience at a corporate vet prior to this, and honestly, I’m grateful for it because it led me to Chateau Veterinary Hospital.

Staff and vets were wonderful!. Our visiting guests had their dog prescribed the wrong pills by their vet at home and their dog was in an emergency situation. They saw their dog right away. Would highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
