I was locked out my home and called. The lady who answered said she would have someone call me. Within 5 minutes, I received a call from James. He said that he was on his way. He arrived timely, and was able to get me in my house in less than 5 minutes. Thank you James!
My mother and I had the great fortune to meet James, our Prestige locksmith who took care of the locks and keys for several doors on our property. James responded to my initial text to Prestige within minutes, and from there literally handled everything so professionally and so well! He made the whole process so easy, from recommending the best smart lock to reducing the need for many different keys. He went out of his way to do a lot of work for us at the lowest cost possible, and I just can't thank him enough. He is top tier!
James came out on a Sunday but the lock I purchased would not fix my issue. James was able to manipulate my current lock as a temporary fix until we install the permanent fix. James even reduced the trip charge for coming out and will also subtract it from my final installation cost. He was very communicative, responsive and on time. They will be my new go to when we need a locksmith across our properties.
