“I’ve used these guys before for my old laptop, and for my current one. Last one had water damage (TOTALLY not my fault, BTW), and they fixed it pretty fast, only had to wait 2-3 days. This one that I have currently had been hacked, so I brought it in and my connected external SSD for inspection, and they found nothing and gave it a nice hardware clean. Only had a 1-day wait time, realistically (they were closed for Thanksgiving.) Very nice people, great service, must recommend!!!”
