They go above and beyond to get the job done, even working to have toilets working before grandkids arrive. The installation crew is very efficient and does a great job. Customers appreciate that the technicians answer all questions about the problem and the process, walking them through what is happening. They are knowledgeable about plumbing, gas, and water needs. The company is service-oriented and excellent, with technicians arriving early for appointments. Customers have used them multiple times and highly recommend them for their prompt, efficient, and reliable work.
I called LA Plumbing Solutions to have service on my water heater. It needed to be flushed due to sediment in the hot water. Gary and Dustin came out to do the job. They were very good, and Gary answered all my questions about the process of doing a WH flush. He walked me through the whole process so I knew what was happening! The process took about 1 1/2 hours to complete. They charged $350 for the job and mileage fee. I am thankful they service the Kentwood area. I would highly recommend LA Plumbing Solutions for your Plumbing service needs. Thank you and God bless Gary and Dustin!!
Great service from the guys @ La Plumbing Solutions. I have used them twice and recommend these guys. They are prompt, efficient and reliable. Bucky repaired the shutoff valve coming into my house. Answered my questions about the problem. When a homeowner wants nothing to do with plumbing issues, go with La Plumbing Solutions.💯
Great service. Was here at 7:50 am for 8 am appt! Sowed me picture of Kevin who found my gas issue following patio fire; and same for Logan who immediately came to help me get my water back on! This is an EXCELLENT’, knowledgeable service-oriented company for plumbing and gas & water needs! Highly recommend!
