About Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of The Westbank
Tiger-Rock Westbank, Inc. is a Taekwondo school with a long history. The instructors are phenomenal, very knowledgeable, and respectful. They know all the kids and work well with them in a safe environment. Students learn self defense, self discipline, and respect. The atmosphere is friendly but competitive, pushing students to be better physically and mentally. Many have fond memories of training and tournaments here. It is a school that students love and that comes highly recommended.
The instructor team truly cares about the personal growth/safety and competitive environment while focusing on improving the overall student. Highly recommend for any level athlete.

This school has given my child the confidence to be himself and I’m so glad we started this journey. Excellent communication with parents and students. They also offer opportunities to add to your experience with local competitions and events.
