If you want to learn the art of karate this is the place to do it. It’s not a belt factory only hard work, dedication, and the willingness to achieve your goals are rewarded. Master Maben and Sensie Nancy are a wealth of knowledge always willing to help you achieve your goals.

I have been going to New Orleans Karate Club for 3 years now, and it has impacted my life in so many amazing ways! Before I joined, I struggled with poor mental health, and was very insecure about myself, but that changed very quickly. I soon became more confident, my mental health became so, so much better, and I have met some of the most amazing people here. I am now a black belt, and this place has become a second home to me. I look forward to coming here everyday because I know that I will be welcomed by the most amazing friends that I have made here, and by Hanchi, Burton Maben. I have trained with many dojos, but no dojo has made me feel more appreciated and comfortable...read full review
