“Kajun Martial Arts and Fitness have been God sent to me and son. My son has a diagnosis of Autism. I googled what activities and sports are best for kids with Autism, and karate is one of them. I knew during our first visit that God sent me to the right place. Everyone is so nice, kind, and patient. The discipline, respect, confidence, and discipline taught t helped my son in so many ways. My son loves to come here (which is completely out of his character). His grades, ability to focus, and follow directions have improved significantly since we started. I love how everyone cares for not only my son, but all the kids. If you are a mom with a child with or without special needs, please give Kajun Martial Arts a try. You will not be disappointed. They focus on all the different arts but also help with self discipline and building character. My son is learning so much! The students learn from the instructors but also from each other (all different ranks working together). This place is fabulous! And it doesnt smell like feet. So thats a win.
