Kajun Martial Arts and Fitness have been God sent to me and son. My son has a diagnosis of Autism. I googled what activities and sports are best for kids with Autism, and karate is one of them. I knew during our first visit that God sent me to the right place. Everyone is so nice, kind, and patient. The discipline, respect, confidence, and discipline taught t helped my son in so many ways. My son loves to come here (which is completely out of his character). His grades, ability to focus, and follow directions have improved significantly since we started.
