“I am seeing a lot of negative reviews here, but I couldn't disagree more. I am someone who has struggled for many years with my nails and usually don't like getting them done because I have had so many bad experiences at places in the area. I have been to topcoat about three times now in the past 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience every time. The prices are somewhat higher than other salons in the area; however, in my opinion, you get what you pay for with clean facilities, complimentary beverages, and customer service.

The first two times I came to Topcoat, I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy. Truc, my stylist, was so nice and was asking me questions about how my pregnancy had been going. She was also so gentle when giving me my pedicure by making sure the water wasn't too hot, asking if she was using too much pressure, and helping me to sit down and stand up. At my second appointment (very close to my due date), the owner showed a great level of concern for me and even took time before I left to wish me a safe delivery.

It's these little details and this level of care that will keep me coming back here.“

“Everyone I encountered was professional and courteous. I went for last-minute lash extensions and got the best treatment. My lashes were washed and brushed, a safety cover was used over my lower lashes, and then the extensions were glued. They look great! I LOVE my lashes! They've stayed in place for 6 WEEKS! AND the service was NOT EXPENSIVE!“
