Natural Nails & Tanning is a popular spot for nail care. Some customers have had truly great experiences there for over 20 years, praising the friendly staff and excellent service. They feel welcomed and appreciated by the staff, who remember them and their past visits. However, other customers have reported issues like lumpy dip powder and broken acrylic nails.
I was disappointed with my service. I guess I just went on a bad day because the rest of the reviews are awesome. I got dip powder, and two of my nails are lumpy. My technician seemed to notice he made a mistake but did not start over. My mom got acrylics and one of her nails broke within two days.
I have been going to Natural Nails and Tanning for so many years now, I consider this place the best and only place i would go to for my nails. I have known the people who own this wonderful business as well as their family members who also work there, and feel like we are friends. I am always greeted with a smile, and have conversations that are just extended from the last time I was there.I really appreciate this business, especially the wonderful family who runs it.Thank you for taking such great care of my nails for so many years. I appreciate you very much. Karen Bloodworth
