John responded promptly to my service request and repaired our kitchenaid dishwasher and refrigerator/icemaker. He answered all my questions and gave an honest recommendation which I appreciated. I would recommend him and use him again for appliance repairs.
Showed up on short notice. Explained clearly what was wrong with my dryer and was very honest about the cost of parts. It ended up not being worth fixing due to a warped drum. Fixed my leaking drain on my fridge while he was here. Very reasonably priced. Definitely would call them again.
Called Ourso Repair and he came shortly after and checked my washer throughly for a leak and determined the problem. Was solved and fixed in no time at all. Reasonably priced to fix. Nice and polite. Advised me on clearing plants from the dryer vent outside so dry time is faster. Will call them with any appliance repair from now on.
