What a wonderful experience with a company. My 8 year old Samsung Dryer went out this week. I called on Wednesday and they came out Thursday. When the original repair didn't fix the problem, they sent someone out the next day. Eathan did a fantastic job, very polite and good customer service skills. Enjoyed working with everyone and would highly recommend.
The concern for acquiring the part to the refrigerator was professional from the owner because he gave me good information and knowledge that he had experienced with customer service and technology of the maintenance of appliance.
