This guy text me out of nowhere...when I say “Unsubscribe”, he tells me “why you need a new style?” WHAT?!?

Awful experience. I went in to get highlights and color the first time. The color had more red than I wanted, but the highlights were okay. In a few weeks I went back I figured it may take a few visits to get the blonde color I wanted. I told him I wanted to go a little lighter with no red tones. He dyed my hair dark brown! When I told him that was completely wrong he said he got the red out and it would lighten up in a few days. I will never go back!

This guy was extremely rude. The salon is about the size of a small closet. I told him what I wanted when I made the appointment which he agreed came with the Groupon. But when I got there, the only thing that came with the Groupon was something I never wanted. He was disgustingly obnoxious and told me to leave. I was so stunned that I was completely speechless and just left and he got away with my Groupon money ($65). Worse experience ever!!!
