This place is great and these ladies did a wonderful job. My dogs are maniacs. They're country dogs that have 1/2 acre fenced yard that they just run in. They have never been leash trained and they can pull me all over the place. I took them in the door and the groomers immediately calmed them down. They did the exact work I asked them to do. When I picked them up they were completely calm and the groomers were working on an enormous golden retriever that was laying there cool as a cucumber. I would highly recommend and will use them again!

Poppy is terrified of getting her face done and is not well mannered when being groomed. I’m very satisfied with how she is groomed and treated here. She’s a work in progress and they have patience with her!!

These folks are amazing! I was visiting from out of state for Christmas, and made a point to have my pup fully groomed before driving the 600+ miles to Covington to visit my parents in their not so dog friendly home. Day after we arrived, I found a dog park to play chuck it ball, and he got filthy. Desperate to get him clean, after a few calls to other places, they said to come on over even though they were just finishing clipping one last dog and were technically already closed. And, Shan 'Tel took time to show me a website and write down the address for a new dog park that she recommended but Google didn't yet know. So thankful!! They didn't want to take any money for this HUGE favor (luckily, they did have a tip basket). Next time I'm in town, I'll make an appointment there for sure.
