We had a lot of issues throughout our stay. I do know it is under new management. Had to call several days to get things right. But when I did speak with Larry the GM he made everything right and got all the issues worked out for us. My dog Ruger loves going and playing with all the other dogs.
I am so pleased with the grooming at Petsuites - Northshore/Covington and have been every time! My dogs look great, Hannah was quick to get us an appointment and easy to communicate with. I have an older, squirmy dog but is always handled with gentle care and patience. Highly recommend! Hannah is the best!
When my fur babies need a break from me there is no better place than Pet Suites. I know that they are safe, happy and well cared for by the wonderful Pet Suites staff.
