Jamie is absolutely amazing! I’ve gotten multiple massages from her and have loved every one of them. She takes time to get to know you and personalizes the massage based on your needs. She is highly skilled and her massages are outstanding. I also got a scalp treatment this week along with my massage and it was incredible! It was so relaxing. She has created such a calming environment in her massage room, I feel more relaxed as soon as I walk in.

Jamie was able to understand a chronic injury I have with my hip and IT band issues. She really helped me release the pain and I think, some of the pattern. When my shoulder and neck area had trauma, Jamie understood how to help release the physical traum. She used cupping which was exactly comfortable but very effective to get me moving and pain free. I highly recommend Jamie!
