I sent in a very expensive heavy sweater and it came back shrunk with the bottom stretched out. I sent in an expensive blouse and asked her to tighten the buttons. It came back with buttons I'd have never chosen if she'd asked me and it was shrunk. I ended up throwing it in the garbage can. I don't know where else to go because Corporate Cleaners has very bad reviews. My husband has to take things in for me because I don't drive so I don't get to address these things myself.
The lady there is extremely rude!!! She wouldn’t wash my blanket (which was not that dirty) unless I gave her $36 and had a look of disgust on her face. Please don’t go there!!!
I was shocked that they charged me $17 to clean a woman's blazer before tax. I called another location to see what they would charge and it was quoted at $6. It is a shame they are so high. I cannot recommend them.
