Such a cute yoga studio in downtown Covington! I was visiting the area and this class was exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, the energy was great, and the workout was the perfect balance of fun and challenging. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and so glad I decided to go. Definitely a gem if you’re local or just visiting!

I've done yoga few times and haven't really continued with it, I did hot yoga yesterday with Dom and it was awesome! It really feels like a good workout and the heat element is great so you can sweat it out, the whole crew is has a wealth of knowledge and it's so peaceful there. Definitely coming back!

The best studio on the northshore! So many classes! It’s family owned and the team is so kind. It’s nice to always have so many classes going because then you really get use out of your membership! It’s also right above coffee Rani which is perfect for grabbing some caffeine or snack when you’re on the go!
