Gerald came out to inspect a property we had a contract on. He was incredibly thorough. Will use his services in the future.
If not for his services, we would have possibly made an incredibly costly mistake.
We had an inspection for a home we are looking to purchase. The actual inspection was great. My only issue was the report that was issued could have been more organized, which would make it easier to follow. There were a couple places in the report which stated the same deficiencies. Also, the pictures were small and sometimes hard to see what was being cited. Also, if they could've been marked to correspond with the written report would have made it easier to follow. I think the person did a wonderful job in looking at everything. He even climbed on top of the roof to inspect that.
